Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States only.

Processing and delivery: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Cost: Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged the rate shown at checkout.

Orders in multiple parcels: Items in your order may arrive separately, each with its own tracking.

Late or missing orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email support@lumorawell.com and we’ll investigate, then send a replacement or a refund.

Marked as delivered but not received: Please check with neighbours, around your property and with your local post office first. If it still can’t be found, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, or parcels that go unclaimed at the post office.
