It's designed for comfortable, steady warmth you control from the LCD screen. Start on a lower setting and work up. 

How do I charge it?

With the included charging cable. Plug it into any USB phone charger or computer.

Can I use it on both knees?

What size sleeve do I need?

The sleeve comes in S to XXL. Measure around the middle of your knee and check the size guide. Check the size chart available

Can I use it after exercise?

Will it help with arthritis?

It isn't a medical device and doesn't treat any condition. Many people with stiff, achy knees find the warmth and massage comforting. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

Who shouldn't use it?
